Are you a woman leader in Eastern Missouri looking to unlock your full potential? The Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Women's Leadership Network (WLN) and Women's Leadership Institute (WLI) provide an invaluable platform for women to support each other on their leadership journeys. The WLI is a one-week training program that focuses on teaching participants evidence-based leadership theories to help them inspire their followers, lead groups and achieve organizational goals. Participants in this course have praised the training for its tangible leadership strategies and excellent opportunities to network and promote successful women in law enforcement. The Women's Leadership Network (WLN) is a voluntary initiative of Beyond Housing that serves as a support channel.
It connects professional women in the St. Louis area with opportunities to become an invaluable resource for the most vulnerable people through community participation, fundraising events and various activities throughout the year. The Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge provides an enriching experience for participants, sponsoring organizations, and the state due to its large number of talented women. The second annual conference on women in leadership will be expanded to a two-day event, with keynote speakers, interactive workshops, a research symposium and opportunities to support women in leadership.
Established in 1990, the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge is the core program of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation. The event will focus on topics such as personal effectiveness, barriers and solutions to communication, new research results related to women in business and the amplification of female voices in organizations. The WLN and WLI offer great networking opportunities for female leaders in Eastern Missouri. Through these programs, women can gain access to resources that will help them become more effective leaders and make their voices heard.
Additionally, the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge provides an enriching experience for participants, sponsoring organizations, and the state.
